Insulation Vancouver is operated by 49th Parallel Construction Ltd., a British Columbia company with over 20 years of experience in residential construction and building envelope services. We started insulating attics because we saw too many Vancouver homes losing energy and money through poorly insulated roofs.
Over the years, we have insulated more than 5,000 attics across Metro Vancouver, from heritage homes in New Westminster to modern builds in Surrey, from mountain properties in North Vancouver to waterfront homes in White Rock. Every home is different, and our experience across this range of building styles and conditions is what sets us apart.

Every project starts with a thorough attic inspection. We assess existing insulation, ventilation, air sealing, and any issues before recommending solutions.
HONEST RECOMMENDATIONS
We tell you what your attic actually needs, not just what generates the biggest invoice. If adding insulation on top is sufficient, we say so.
COMPLETE SOLUTIONS
We address insulation, ventilation, and air sealing as a system. Doing one without the others leads to underperformance and potential moisture problems.
REBATE SUPPORT
We are registered with the Home Performance Contractor Network and calculate your available rebates with every quote. We help with the application process.
CLEAN WORK
